Introducing Eyan – a passionate foodie born in Hong Kong, raised in Sydney, now residing in Amsterdam. Despite trying all the chilli oils and Taiwanese noodles in Asian supermarkets, none tasted like home. The concept of Chilli Chan’s started during the 2021 lockdown. Eyan desperately craved home-cooked food and couldn’t have any, so she took some recipes from my mum and sister and created her own version with a modern twist. Encouraged by family and friends, she is excited to share her products with you.
